Temporary staffing

Temporary staffing or temporary assignment under the Labor Code (§ 58) is when the employer or the agency for temporary staffing agrees in writing with an employed worker on his/her temporary assignment for a job to the user employer.

The agency for temporary staffing may do so only based on a written agreement with the employee, whereby the employment contract must clearly specify the conditions of the employment.

Temporary employee staffing is a flexible form of employment, the goal of which is the effective use of human resources.

Temporary staffing is popular in different sectors (e.g. logistics, manufacturing, engineering or IT), because it offers the possibility of immediate acquisition of workers without increasing own capacities.
